Responsibilities :

  • Acts as an independent, progressive thinker (thought leader) on all data, analytics, visualization and automation concepts and projects horizontally, across 3 interconnected departments i.
  • e. Global Mobility, Global Equity and Global Compensation.

  • Partners closely with Global Mobility Director, Global Equity Director, Global Compensation Director, Business Process Leads Director, Total Rewards COE and specific My Rewards program owners to define requirements and priorities within Data and Digitization space ensuring alignment and consistency in design, development, and deployment of specific solutions.
  • Partners with Global Mobility, Equity and Compensation Directors as well as external vendors / partners to develop both short term and long term joint digital strategies and goals.
  • Collects and proactively identifies business requirements and ensures relevant design, prototyping, building, testing, deployment, hypercare and handover for steady state maintenance of solutions within Data & Digitization space is executed.
  • Works to automate / digitize the collection and reporting of My Rewards identified required metrics.
  • Drives innovation by continuously iterating on existing solutions to enhance and improve them as well as experimenting with offerings in place and new concepts to further explore optimization possibilities and maximizing usage of these to the benefit of Global Mobility, Equity and Compensation e.
  • g. setting the agenda on leveraging PRISM in Workday.

  • Leads Data & Digitization projects for Global Mobility, Equity and Compensation teams engaging and involving relevant resources within these teams as well as partnering with other Data & Innovation teams and networks within Platform Services as well as with external vendors as required to ensure timely, high quality, within defined budget delivery of agreed solutions.
  • Manages certain technologies used in Global Mobility, Equity and Compensation e.g. Alteryx, PowerBI, PowerAps, Tableau etc.
  • for the team e.g. licensing, accesses management etc.

  • Mentors and develops other team members in the Data Science space equipping them with basic to intermediate knowledge on most important concepts, technologies and tools as well as practical application of these for the existing solutions.

  • Obtains buy-in from stakeholders through an open dialogue taking other points of views into account but also actively trying to convince others to a recommended solution.

  • Leverages workforce within the Networked Organization : Identifies, activates, and leads relevant resources to build together data & digitization solutions for Global Mobility, Equity and Compensation;
  • Engages with formal managers / leadership of the identified taskforce to ensure proper balancing of potentially conflicting priorities and alignment.

  • Business Acumen : knowledge of Coca-Cola value chain and various parts of the KO System as well as being familiar with Global Mobility, Equity and Compensation data architecture, types and specifics is an advantage.
  • Technical skills :

  • Excellent analytical skills proven by at least 5 years of experience as a data analyst, engineer, or scientist.
  • Proficiency in using Business Intelligence tools and software : Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, Alteryx, Cloud analytics etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization and SQL skills e.g., SQL Server Database (Microsoft), PowerApps (Microsoft) etc.
  • Ability to write ETL scripts to aggregate the data to craft dashboards / reports.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics methods and tools e.g., Python Libraries such as SKLEARN, Pandas, NumPy is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data concepts such as Star Schema, Snowflake Schema.
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience with documentation and consultation on analytics dashboard user requirements.
  • Experience working directly with sponsor users of data-based solutions such as data modelling tools, workflows, dashboards, reports etc.
  • Leadership and organizational skills and ability to plan, direct and coordinate technology-based projects and project teams operating in a networked environment;
  • Understanding of formal Project Management Methodologies; Project Management experience is an advantage.

  • Very strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
