Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

You willcontribute to the effectiveness of global operations teams by ensuring that requirements for strategic projects and programs are captured and solutions are delivered to meet the needs of our internal and external customers.

You’ll conduct business analysis activities for small, medium, and large-scale initiatives, from concept to delivery. You will do this in collaboration with business partners, solutions delivery teams, and other cross-functional team members.

You’ll facilitate workshops to document and map operational workflows and procedures. You’ll also recommend key metrics for tracking performance, developing and managing complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards.

We need you to have demonstrable experience as a business analyst with a track record of delivering well-documented data requirements, and with extensive experience in Waterfall, Agile, and blended software development methodologies.

You have strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision-making skills, together with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
