    The Human Resources team is seeking a HR Business Support Analyst

    Position Description

    Purpose : Responsible for analysing, collating and compiling HR data, improving data integrity and quality within the HR organisation and liaising with different stakeholders to reach and maintain the agreed standards.

    In addition, accountable for the timely creation of HR reports / metrics to increase the effectiveness of the function while improving the customer experience.

    Primary responsibilities :

  • Support our ability to optimize cash and maintain financial health, by tracking FTE changes and providing regular analysis to HR, Finance and relevant stakeholders
  • Perform periodical analysis to review data quality and follow up to ensure data accuracy is maintained
  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system and other sources and help turn that into intelligence (data with the right narrative) Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems Identify the HR data that leaders need on a regular basis that will help them to make business decisions
  • Investigate data discrepancies and determine methods to resolve problems within acceptable timeframes, routing or escalating queries as appropriate in order to uphold effective and timely resolution
  • Qualifications

    Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in analytical role and quality management
  • BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including excel)
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
  • Ideally some familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, accuracy and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
  • An ability to work under pressure, handle multiple data request simultaneously and meet deadlines
