Drives programs / projects that will improve manufacturing floor and works to advance CE (Comply Exactly). Coordinate improvement through the VF (Virtual Factory).
Drive system matching prior to system improvements. Conduct situational analysis to determine vision and roadmap. Ensure manufacturing remain ISO compliant to meet quality objectives.
Drive VF station controller roadmap to automate compliance to work instructions. Partner with Engineering System to minimize cost of effectively controlled processes.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Bachelor, Licenciatura OR Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering or related fields.
Intermediate English Level
3+ years of experience in the following :
Manufacturing processes development and deployment such as : quality process, inventory control, asset administration and people systems.
Problem Solving Methodologies & Data analysis (JMP, SQL, pathfinder, others).
Manufacturing / cost continues improvements.
High Volume Manufacturing environment.
Knowledge test equipment and their functions.
Demonstrated proficiency on manufacturing capacity management in a dynamic environment.
More than 5 years of experience on a High Volume Manufacturing environment
Soft Skills / Behavioral Traits :
Discipline, attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under limited supervision.
Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
