National Instruments iscurrently seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for the Finance Shared ServiceCenter, a person interested in being part of one of the 100 Best Placesto Work.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Record customer payments in appropriate accounts : Credit Cards and Prepayments
Address internal requests : reversals,refunds, reapplications, adjustments
Month End Close reporting
Prepare and upload journal entries : Cash, AR and Intercompany
Prepare and upload AR Reconciliationsand follow up of unreconciled items
Manage bankruptcy process
Support audit requirements(internal or external)
Cash application process back up
Record customer payments in appropriate accounts : ACHs, wires and checks
Reconcile bank statement daily
To drive innovation, process optimization and compliance as required from time to time by Management.
Perform other tasks and projectsas assigned
Learn Corporate A / R processes, follow policies and ensure quality indaily activities.
Contribute to the development of the systems required to support thecompany’s business activities, based on Oracle Financial Applications.
Communicatewith local and US staff effectively
KNOWLEDGEAND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Advanced English level
Advanced Excel knowledge
4 years Accounts Receivable / Accounting experience
90% of Accounting or Finance career
Must possess very good verbal and written communication skills
High level of PC skills, preferably using Excel and MS Word
Experience using integrated, financial reporting systemsparticularly Oracle is an advantage
Familiarity with U.S. high tech multinational companies would bean advantage.
