The ICG Know Your Customer (KYC) Utility is an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) function within the ICG business that is responsible globally for ensuring that ICG meets and exceeds the standards mandated by the Corporate Compliance organization and external regulators. The ICG KYC Utility :

Develops and manages a dedicated ICG KYC program structure aligned to the Global AML PMO, with consistent structure, tools, processes and reporting

Executes against ICG’s delivery commitment related to the Global AML PMO work streams (Governance and Oversight, Risk Assessment, Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Customer, AML Monitoring, Remote Deposit Capture, Independent Testing)

Defines and coordinates delivery of other AML commitments as they arise

The ICG AML KYC Technology Business Analyst will support the ICG AML KYC Global Business Solutions Development Team. This ICG Global Business Solutions Development Team is responsible for gathering, vetting, prioritizing and implementing ICG AML KYC business requirements and solutions on the technology platform.

This role will be responsible for facilitating the development of business requirements and solutions for subsequent releases on the CitiKYC platform.

CitiKYC will eventually be used globally by all Citi businesses, and as such will require a comprehensive and highly effective governance framework and support structure.

Main responsibilities :

Work with the Global KYC Ops, Coverage, Compliance, and other user communities to raise awareness of CitiKYC, establish the vision, and help translate user enhancement requests into detailed business requirements (BRDs)

Facilitate and assist the Technology BA Leads in the production and coordination of multiple Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), ensuring maximum system development efficiency through clearly defined requirements and transition plan.

Collaborate with functional partners from ICG, GCB, AML Compliance, AML Operations, and Compliance Technology to understand the impact of CitiKYC related changes to standards and processes, and represent ICG in cross functional forums.

Collaborate with cross-business stakeholders and functional partners to define, drive and implement the CitiKYC strategy, requirements and transition plan.

Support the development of various project plans, integrated multi-generational plans, test plans and change management plans for the rollout of CitiKYC to various ICG Businesses and subsequent releases.

Assist in executing against critical project activities, inter-dependencies, risk components, progress communication, coordination, and collaboration across teams / ICG AML commitments

Support the ICG KYC Business Applications Head to ensure business-owned Consent Order deliverables relating to business process and / or KYC systems are addressed in a timely manner

Collaborate with stakeholders and functional partners to define and drive the global strategic ICG KYC vision

Develop a detailed knowledge of CitiKYC core platform capabilities in order to understand impact of proposed changes and recommend appropriate solutions.

Understand and support the broader AML / KYC processes and infrastructure, including transaction monitoring, client onboarding, account opening, and screening

In collaboration with functional partners, assist in the facilitation of global prioritization processes to evaluate and prioritize business requirements

Identify and escalate challenges to a successful and timely rollout of CitiKYC releases

Build and maintain a world-class organization focused around talent, learning, and opportunity

Provide support in updating the Operations Desktop Procedures / Interim Process documents

Provide SME / BA support during QA, UAT and post-production defects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required

Prior experience in writing Business Requirement Document (BRD) and / or Functional Requirement Document (FRD)

Strong leadership and relationship / team building skills

Strong analytical / issue resolution skills and attention to detail; ability to think clearly in challenging situations

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proactive and able to work under own initiative. Self-starter, challenges status quo

Effective prioritization and time management

Experience with MS Office Tools

Knowledge and working experience within a Solutions Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework

Knowledge and working experience across all areas of ICG TTS, SFS, Global Banking, Markets and Private Banking, a plus

Prior exposure to AML / KYC, a big plus
