Supporting Global HR Services & Technology’s vision and objectives is the Global HR Services team, which builds a global community of practice, develops a working knowledge of the functional landscape, reporting analytics and leads all aspects of HR Compliance.

Job role & responsibility :

We are looking for a Global HR Compliance & Risk Program Manager in the Global HR Services team, part of the Global HR Services and Technology function in HR.

You will work within a global, fast-paced, and collaborative team that values engagement, initiative, and teamwork. Relish that your program management skills will allow our HR senior leadership make strong and informed business decisions, drive a compliance risk first mindset, and track our success and performance in HR to achieve a systemwide reduction in HR compliance risk.

Some key responsibilities will include :

  • Build and document processes and localized plans to support the Global HR Compliance risk response and ongoing program management on key initiatives
  • Analyze Global HR Risk Registers and critically assess compliance & risk data for dashboard usage
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on the Global HR Compliance and Risk program, process, data collection / use and technology initiatives to ensure compliance requirements are built into core foundations
  • Build strong relationships with key HR business partners to enhance the integration of compliance requirements into their processes
  • Support continued development of HR training and education programs, curriculum, and learning platforms.
  • Clearly communicate technical or specialized HR compliance and data privacy concepts to partners and stakeholders
  • Build and perform ongoing monitoring for structure, capability, and control agreements, documenting follow-up and any remediation action plans to mitigate identified risk
  • Support the quality assurance, audit, and continuous improvement cycle of the Global HR Compliance & Risk program.
  • The role will require the ability to work cross-functionally with HR teams, HR management, corporate and regional support teams from Legal, Privacy, worldwide.

    This is the start of an exciting journey into HR Compliance and there will be longer-term, ongoing initiatives, as well as tactical short-notice requirements, so ability to work in a multi-tasking environment will be a huge help.

    You will report to the Global HR Compliance and Risk Management Lead.

    Required Skills :

  • College Degree
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a B2B technology environment
  • 2+ years’ experience with Compliance, Data Privacy, or Risk roles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience communicating complex requirements and results effectively, in the business language most relevant to the stakeholder and issue at hand, at all levels
  • Strong analytical and operational background in HR or other business
  • Experience with problem solving, including issue spotting, analyzing data / information, and presenting conclusions and recommendations effectively
  • Experience working as part of and with remote teams, across time-zones and cultures
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage data and communicate insights, risk status updates etc.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Knowledge of best practice risk and compliance frameworks and methods
  • Demonstrated project management skills and willingness to take lead on projects
  • Creativity, positive attitude, and can-do approach to problem solving
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data
  • Ability to investigate, think ahead and anticipate issues before they arise
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
