Your Role The Costa Rica office is looking for a Marketing Professional with graphic designer capabilities to join our Marketing Team.
Reporting to Office Leadership and Marketing Leader, the ideal candidate is a positive, creative individual with the ability to work in a fast-
paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation and production of qualifications packages, proposals, presentation materials, awards submissions, and competition entries.
This position will also be responsible for graphic design and will support promotional efforts. What You Will Do Work with senior staff to produce proposals presentations, and award submissions in alignment with Firmwide brand standards.
Develop new materials, as needed, to support business development activities. Maintain resources & information systems : ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, and image libraries.
Translate key marketing collateral (English / Spanish) Coordinate client data management within the Costa Rica office and assist office director and other relationship owners on their client database updates Develop all graphic materials for both internal and external events including invitations, presentations, handouts, etc.
Other responsibilities as assigned. Develop graphics for client / business development presentations as well as internal events and speaking engagements.
experience with video and / or digital media / software a plus Qualified candidates must submit writing and graphic samples to be considered.
