IAM Crypto management support team members will be responsible for attending to all support activities to ensure proper functioning of the crypto program.
This will include, but not limited to, management of clients requests, interaction with clients, management of materials in support of these activities, engagement with senior team members, participate in development of new program capabilities etc.

What You’ll Do
This role will provide level 2 support activities as part of Crypto BAU. This role will help meet crypto SLAs by managing and guiding level 1 team members, free up senior team members from attending to level 2 activities and is expected reduce the dependency on managed services team resulting in cost savings.
Execute BAU activities for cryptographic services (certificates, keys etc) as defined in SOP (standard operating procedure) documents.
Work with basic (level 1) support team in processing service requests to meet SLAs. Service requests primarily include certificate management using CLM tools (such as Venafi), key management on GCP and AWS cloud environment.
Provide support for incidents / requests escalated from level 1 support. Escalate to higher level (level 3) engineers when required.
Monitor availability of cryptographic services as per established standards and mechanisms.
Monitor backups, logging (Splunk, Kibana), reporting related to cryptographic services.
Perform periodic system (Windows, Linux) and application patching, backup. Perform system restoration when necessary. Patching and backup activities can be automated or manual.
Automation includes execution of Jenkins jobs, Terraform scripts etc.
Respond to notifications and alerts from systems (Pagerduty), take appropriate actions to ensure service availability.
Respond to incident calls on escalation from level 1 team. Escalate to higher level engineers when necessary.
Interact with internal clients to gather requirements and provide necessary services.
Create / update documentation necessary for proper functioning of services.
Create and maintain monitoring and alerting scripts.
Assist; lead basic support (level 1) team by providing guidance in resolving tickets, troubleshooting mechanisms, task / ticket assignment, validating work executed by level 1 team etc.
Collaborate with level 3 engineers in gaining knowledge and experience in setting up cryptographic services from ground up.
Good understanding of digital certificates and its management ( Venafi, Sectigo, KeyFactor ). 1 - 2 years of experience preferred.
Good understanding of cloud KMS (GCP, AWS) . 1 - 2 years of experience preferred.
Good understanding of Hardware Security Modules HMS (SafeNet Luna, KeySecure) . 1 - 2 years of experience preferred.
Exposure with Cybersecurity
Experience in working with level 1 support team providing guidance and leadership.
Experience in development of basic scripts for monitoring, alerts and notifications.
Experience / knowledge in service / incident management tools ServiceNow, Pagerduty etc.
Extra Points for any of the Following
Experience and understanding of tools / platforms such as Venafi, cloud KMS (GCP, AWS, Azure), ServiceNow, Pagerduty, Splunk, Kibana, HSM (SafeNet Luna, KeySecure), Jenkins, Terraform etc. are a plus.
