The Sales Comp Analyst role will be primarily focused on the requirements, testing and support of our comp system & related comp processes.
They will be responsible for set up and maintenance of our comp objects in SFDC throughout the year (for new hires or comp plan changes etc) and play a lead role in ensuring the success of Y / Y cutover activities.
They will work closely with IT & BPM to provide requirements and testing for any comp related enhancements that impact how field sales are paid from our compensation management tool (SFDC).
They will be heavily involved in requirements, testing and support of any new systems related to compensation and / or quota setting / quota publishing.
