Position Purpose & SummaryUtilizes general HR knowledge and proficient skill to accomplish high complex, administrative HR Services / Operations support tasks.

Under limited oversight, performs complex procedures to support activities. Activities include or are related to : Payroll & Benefits implementation and execution according to policies and processes, closing reports, accounting reconciliations, tax reconciliations and validations of results.

Administrate the benefits enrollment process for applicable benefits, this includes a back to end approach that includes : communication to employees and coordination with local contacts, following up on dates, doubt clarification to employees, clarification of doubts to other departments, request of money.

The HR Customer Service Representative is a resource for all of Cargill's Latin America employees regarding payroll and general HR questions.

The Senior HR Customer Service Representative will provide assistance to employees regarding payroll and benefits issues and follow-up with customers on questions not answered on first contact.

In addition, you'll provide accurate and detailed information on unresolved inquiries.The Senior Costumer Service will take tasks will prepare accounting and taxes reports for monthly close, and follow up different task and questions related with this operational reports as needed.

The HR Senior will review critically and analyze current payroll, leading to the best practice. The Senior HR will attend conference calls, meetings related to payroll, with internal costumers and monitor the accuracy and calculate net pay during the payment process.

The HR Senior will ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.

  • Promote the use and implementation of tools / technologies (RemedyForce and MyHR Portal) to gain efficiency in delivering HR Solutions

  • Meet all agreed KPIs, run and monitor reports as needed
  • Analyze root cause for discrepancies and monitor incidents / issues that impact regular role
  • Create and maintain Work Instructions & SOP’s for current processes under your responsibility and keep enhancing the Work Instructions & SOP’s with new scenarios on a regular basis
  • Share knowledge on different process within team members and train new members and backups of the team.10% Culture and internal control Steward
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently managed by country and / or regionally, this includes initiate, suggest and demonstrate process improvements based on current expertise level
  • Assist in the championing of a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of escalable, simplified and standardized processes
  • Promote a safety and recognition environment culture : express, model and reinforce Cargill culture
  • Using general HR knowledge, provide input to ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations, and corporate policies
  • Ensure application of standard policies related to payroll.70% Ensure Pre Payroll, Payroll and Post Payroll Process :

  • Process the weekly, bi weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Assists Managers and employees with payroll related questions to build understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
  • Prepares and completes payroll input to settle payroll on timely basis each pay cycle and special pay cycle request.
  • Reviews pre and post processing payroll reports.
  • Understand how to calculate wages from gross to net.
  • Assist the accounting department with processes and project as needed.
  • Calculate all termination payments.
  • Calculate retroactive or prorate pay as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with specific deadlines.
  • Manage Bank Platform.
  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

  • Licenciatura degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related carrier.
  • 4+ years of HR support, administrative assistant or customer relationship management experience in Shared Services environment.
  • 3 years of experience in end to end Payroll processes. Experience in Latin American Payroll is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and writing.
  • Solid organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
  • Experience using Bank Platform.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills requirement.
  • Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or geographies.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Critical thinking, detail oriented and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility / adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and timelines often shift
  • Team player with focus on collaboration.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new process.
  • Ability to research and solve complex day-to day situations.

  • SAP system experience. Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Payroll Laws in Latin America.
  • Experience in Latin America Payroll.
  • Previous Financial or Accounting Experience.
