What You’ll Do
Manage full testing process lifecycle for assigned projects.
Design and develop test strategies and test plans to ensure all business and technical requirements are met and ensure appropriate testing procedures are employed.
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load, performance, and system testing.
Build and maintain automation scripts.
Provide status of efforts and represent needs, progress in daily sprint and in retrospectives.
Estimate and scope work for future sprints / projects.
Communicate and act on risk to project stakeholders.
Develop and drive continued improvement for Quality Assurance process procedures.
Develop and drive continued improvement for Test Management and Automation tools.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and to keep abreast of latest technologies.
Ability to work under pressure and by objectives.
University Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, technical certifications, ISEB or similar.
2-5 years of software development / testing working experience.
2 years of experience with Testing Automation experience (Selenium, QTP, JMeter or similar)
2-5 years of experience Experience working with Test Case management and Defect management tools
2-5 years of experience with API and web applications
1-3 years of experience with .NET and Java
