Receive invoices (post, digital / pdf, EDI, mailbox)
Scan / load invoices on each correspondent workflow
Verify invoices
Reject duplicate invoices
Identify process improvements to have more accurate and efficient process
Perform any other task required by management
Qualifications
Technical education related to Accounting or Finance (CTP) or initial of universities studies
Work experience is not necessary but its a plus
Basic English
