The Customer Engineering team's main objective is to bridge gaps between customer problems and Adobe Digital Experience solutions.
To that effect, our team builds services, integrations, and applications maximizing next-generation toolsets within the Adobe Experience Platform.
Our team is comprised of creative problem solvers and strategic software engineers. Together, we collaborate with customer / partners to understand business use cases and develop new solutions which integrate naturally with our product portfolio.

What we do
We understand marketers’ business challenges in several Digital Experience areas and help customers be successful through building scaled solutions.
We develop architectural blueprints for integrating our Experience Platform digital solutions with other enterprise applications.
We build reference implementations that customers and partners can readily use to accelerate adoption of Adobe technologies.
We craft, implement and build integrations and applications that deliver direct value to customers.
We work within the full web and mobile development spectrum (database architecture, authentication, security, API development and consumption, control and data plane, and front-end development).
We work side-to-side with best-in-class Commerce specialists who are improving the way Adobe Exchange is allowing developers to produce and release extraordinary solutions.
We influence Application Development strategy for Customer Experience Domain.

What you need to succeed
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure) and extensive experience (3+ years) in developing applications on the cloud platforms using various cloud services.
Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and languages such as Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin
Demonstrated ability solving problems at scale, with a relevant background in distributed computing.
Experienced in querying and manipulating structured data at an enterprise level.
Bachelor of Science in C.S. or equivalent experience.
Expertise in enterprise customer experience management products (Marketing / Commerce / CRM etc). Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign or other email marketing solutions is a huge plus!
