The Opportunity

Adobe has a rare opportunity to craft an industry leading program that brings together data driven research on talent, diversity and location analysis.

Adobe's is looking for an analytical person that loves to tackle complicated problems. In this role you will acquire a complete understanding of business unit strategic direction and assist in the development of a workforce location strategy that will enable the business success.

In today's changing environment you will be challenged to incorporate new work assignments for our employees while considering diversity, talent supply, real estate attractiveness and geopolitical climates.

We are looking for candidates that have experience in understanding business operations, developing a strategy from disparate resources and a demonstrated ability to have both strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

The role will analyze, interpret and summarize sophisticated data and have the ability to council and influence leaders within our organization.

You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with business leaders, workplace strategy team and corporate supporting functions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide project management and strategic support to a communications plan to engage the business unit representatives in acquiring an understanding of their strategic direction and the skills necessary to be successful
  • Identify the gaps in skills within business segments and markets against future needs
  • Validate existing headcount requirements and future headcount growth projections
  • Provide analytical support to evaluate workforce locations and make recommendations to leadership regarding strategies that achieve business unit's objectives
  • Develop strategic workplace plans for each business unit and engage key internal and external resources to prepare recommendations for awareness and consensus
  • Develop change and communication strategy for workforce planning recommendations
  • Drive accountability for the governance of data integrity for demand data
  • Lead strategic reviews with cross functional committees to evaluate short- and long-term growth plans
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators to ensure workforce and workplace alignment and service delivery targets are met
  • What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, human resources, social sciences, architecture or related field.
  • You are a creative and ambitious problem solver. Demonstrated track record of applying creative thinking and analysis to tackle business needs in ambiguous environments.
  • Must have experience implementing operational rigor and programs across organizations.

  • Proven strength in working collaboratively with and across a variety of global, cross-functional teams and providing executive communications council and support.
  • Influence is your strength!

  • Exceptional multitasking ability, upbeat demeanor, and ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You can translate findings into impactful recommendations and make the case to various audiences with your keen sense of storytelling and visual communication.
  • Exemplify excellent level of emotional intelligence (EQ) in positively influencing various partners and improving business dynamics both within business units and broadly across Adobe;
  • evidence of continuous positive customer feedback.

  • Good interpersonal, oral, written and presentation skills can comfortably communicate to all levels of management and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
