Leverage your expertise to effectively engage with hiring managers to understand the needed requirements and when necessary challenge the hiring manager's talent requirements and assumptions.

Develop, plan, validate and drive operational response to the hiring manager talent requirements.

The position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Develop execute and manage candidate attraction generation and delivery strategies for external talent acquisition
  • Use internet and other technologies to source and recruit talent
  • Evaluate metrics to assess candidate quality and quantity as well as work efficiency
  • Leverage knowledge of markets skill sets trends competition and incorporate that knowledge into strategy development and work execution
  • Deploy recruiting skills which include hands-on knowledge of various sourcing channels and the ability to close the deal with candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring managers candidates and internal stakeholders and provide consultation on the hiring process
  • Must be willing to handle significant volume

  • Expertise in coming up with out of the box solutions despite ambiguity and be able to highlight and cover gaps as driven by business needs.
  • Contract Length : Estimated 12 months

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork / classes / research.

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • Must possess or must be pursuing (advanced student) a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field and 1+ year of experience in recruiting and sourcing functions OR Master's Degree in HR, Business or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written / spoken)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience recruiting talent in most of the following areas : IC design, validation, verification, software, hardware, systems engineering or related technologies.
