The Opportunity

As a member of the Global Professional Services Strategy & Operations team, you will work in a growing, high energy, innovative team of professionals who are passionate about driving success for our customers through service programs crafted to accelerate value by providing experienced guidance and coaching on the most optimized implementation and configuration of solutions from the $5 billion+ Experience, Creative and Document Cloud enterprise software business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Services Strategy Insights team as we continue to shift to drive the business through data based insights.

This role involves a wide range of projects in support of key business decisions and fiscal results. You will develop and maintain frameworks for weekly, monthly, & quarterly executive reviews (RTB, QBR, SBR), analyze and report on pipeline, bookings, margin and discounting trends to drive product development and go-to-market discussions.

You will partner with geographically dispersed finance and other Strategy & Ops colleagues to provide influential insights and recommendations to management.

What you'll Do

  • Work directly with Finance (BU / ACS), Regional controllers, Sales and PS Ops to align on a consistent source and view of data.
  • Lead initial design, development and launch of periodic reports (Marketing Ops, RTB, QBR and Annual Planning) looking at Pipeline, Bookings, & Margins.
  • Build and lead a centralized repository for end to end visibility in business performance. Augment existing reporting by integrating with additional sources (PSA, MSOP, Hub etc)
  • Provide data driven insights to product, GTM and field marketing (propensity modeling, lead scoring, NPTB, opportunity targeting).
  • Provide inputs in triage and intake of Ad-hoc analysis requests to inform their prioritization. Provide confident and reliable estimates for turn-around times and deliver consistently against commitments.
  • Use Power BI / Tableau to create and maintain centralized and common reporting and analytical solutions
  • Drive continual process improvements, framework enhancements, and self-initiated analysis in support of generating significant data based insights
  • What it takes to succeed

  • Positive, take charge personality and confidence in an environment subject to change as the business evolves
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; CPA / MBA / Chartered Accountant preferred, but not mandatory
  • 2-3 years of data analyst (or related) experience required
  • Strong analytical and math skills; must understand key business drivers, be able to discuss financial implications / business impact and provide recommendations with attention to detail
  • Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and social skills
  • Exceptional follow-through capabilities
  • Willingness and ability to quickly master new tools and processes
  • Advanced Excel skills are critical, and experience in SFDC, Power BI, Tableau and Anaplan are preferred.
