SST Job Description :
Sales Support Agents are responsible for handling direct customer calls and also calls transferred from the sales floor, for verifying and gathering information from the customer to resolve orders, for placing outgoing calls to customers and banks for order verification, and for various offline case work required to help retain customers, maximize store revenue and prevent fraudulent orders.
