RPA operations team, part of Enterprise Data and Analytics, is looking for result-oriented, analytical, and intelligent individuals.

RPA is the next significant transformation for VMWare, which will help build leaner and optimized solutions to business teams.

The RPA Operation Analyst II role will be working closely with various business units to support their life cycle to RPA enablement and be responsible for the successful completion of the process in the scope of RPA.

The role will be responsible for supporting global teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders and peers who spread across different GEO’s (AMER, EMEA, and APJ).

The position requires the RPA Operation Analyst II to be a self-starter with strong drive, analytical, technical, communication and training skills, who is comfortable driving business conversations and solutions with business executives and distributed teams at all levels of the organization.

Success in the Role : What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

You are responsible for the successful BOTs running in production. You need to identify issues in production and improve their success rate.

Identify re-occurring issues, propose and apply fix

Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes with the team

Adhere to the defined SLA

What type of work will I be doing? What assignments or requirements* will I be performing on a regular basis?

You will be the 1st point of contact for the business and other stakeholders. You will be collaborating with business teams to run BOTs successfully.

During an incident, you are involved in technical issues with the BOT through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.

You will also provide business with RCA and deploy the fix also.

Our team does need to work flexible schedules, which may include weekends or holidays during hyper care periods, i.e., qtr. end & year-end.

As an owner of the production environment, you are involved in testing any production environment changes like infra changes, upgrades, etc.

Skills you require to perform on a regular basis is :

Hands-on experience in UiPath studio & Orchestrator

Experience in documenting and maintaining business processes

Resolve technical issues with diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting

Good understanding of RPA technologies mainly UiPath

Knowledge of .NET, VB, SQL

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.

Must have experience preparing technical specifications, detailed design documents, and developing test cases
