Role Overview : This position executes and provides support to managers through the talent acquisition cycle from sourcing to onboarding, in coordination with the HRM / Production Unit.

  • It holds accountability for mostly engineering candidate’s attraction tracking and management, internal and external job posting processes;
  • sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants in compliance with all local and global regulations, and guides managers during the onboarding of new joiners and movers.

    This position is under the Global Talent CoE governance.Responsibilities : ( 15%) Responsible for mostly engineering positions and roles with a certain level of complexity.

    Perform and monitor all selection activities from resume review, candidate screening, coordinates interviews / assessments to support / recommend managers and HR Business Partners to ensure fulfillment of the required qualified personnel per business requirement.

    10%) Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on job requisitions and position management processes, and participate on related projects to fulfill business staffing needs, as well as to monitor headcount and budgeting per framework in place.

    Coordinate and monitor Talent vendors services and agreements, as appropriate( 15%) Work along hiring managers to clarify and deliver pre-recruitment, recruitment and hiring / onboarding and communication with candidates processes following established policies, procedures, and legal requirements( 5%) Monitors effectiveness of tests / assessments and / or designs required improvements with special focus on professional levels and critical roles( 5%) Build and maintain a strong network with identified colleges to identify and source qualified candidates.

    Develop appropriate communication material for these purposes( 5%) Coordinate job fairs participation and logistics, and ensures leverage of obtained information( 5%) Manage job postings and communications including preparation and publishing of the material, the definition of time-frames, determining and managing internal and external channels, as appropriate and guiding candidates through the process as required.

    15%) Serves as the first point of contact for applicants. Communicates proactively with them, answers their questions manage their participation in internal / external processes and provides status updates throughout the selection process.

    5%) Coordinate new employee orientation sessions and warranties all new hires participation per internal regulations and established policies.

    6%) Support talent acquisition activities for networking purposes within surrounding communities.( 5%) Identifies and maintains qualified, accurate, and up / to / date applicant pools and candidate documentation, inclusive of internal and external populations for all engineering roles.

    3%) Comply with the Quality Management System requirements, tasks, and duties, including managing preventive and corrective actions, strict adherence, and compliance of all guides, policies, and procedures.

    3%) Comply with internal HSE guidelines and programs, follow job safety recommendations and provide feedback to prevent incidents or work illnesses that could affect the health of the employees, safety of the workplace and / or Company assets.

    3%) Responsible to protect documents, confidential information, equipment, tools, raw material, products or other assets directly related to the job, in order to prevent incidents that could impact productivity and distribution of products, that could cause an economic impact to the Company or a non-compliance action with our customers, suppliers, shareholders and / or other key stakeholders.

    Education Requirements : Degree in BA, HR Administration, Psychology or relatedLicenses / Certifications : 5-7 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Manufacturing and Global Company and managing high and complex volumes of requisitions for Engineering areas per month.

    Proficiency in English, this person needs to be in touch with many stakeholders, partners and vendors across EMEA, APAC and Americas Region.

    Proficient on the use of HR systems (Workday desirable) for recruitment purposesResult Oriented Person, costumer services skills, stakeholder management skills.

    Competencies : Hability to manage high volume recruitment that supports the business and proper management of stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to creatively identify and develop tools for the identification of the best talent
  • Responsive and focused on the quality KPl's of hire while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet business needs.
  • Mastering in latest recruitment and selection techniques.
  • Knowledgeable of headcount, job descriptions, new hire compensation, recruitment networking and related local laws, and planning
  • Demonstrated team player with remote teams. i.e. CoE teams, team working in other site, etc.)
