Senior Salesforce Administrator - Sales Cloud - Remote
Provides services to the TTEC sales, marketing and finance teams through system configuration, system maintenance, data maintenance, report generation and business analysis.
Activities include system setup, report design and development, and user support. Work is performed primarily within Salesforce (SFDC) Sales Cloud and Microsoft Office.
Data Loader is a key toolset for the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Define, analyze and interpret business requirements.
Design, configure and test changes to SFDC.
Create technical documentation and user documentation.
Define and maintain appropriate structures for user security and permissions; administer user security assignments.
Set up new users and support user training.
Perform and support periodic data and system cleansing exercises.
Develop reports and dashboards in SFDC. Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports, as needed.
Support data conversion for system enhancements and integration of acquired companies onto TTEC’s SFDC instance.
Install and configure integration of packaged apps and upgrades; perform troubleshooting
Other tasks as assigned.
At least 6 years experience in support or administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferably as an internal administrator
At least 2 years work experience with Excel-based reporting, including Pivot Tables and Charts
Demonstrated ability to create & modify validation rules, flow and process builder, basic triggers and perform troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability to design and build reports using SFDC’s reporting tools or similar reporting applications
Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, solution alternatives and system design
Detail-oriented; able to spot data anomalies, understand their impact on business process and decisions, and recommend actions to improve data accuracy
Self-starter; able to manage own workload, meet deadlines and proactively work with stakeholders to adjust priorities when needed
Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and perform routine scheduled tasks such as standard weekly, monthly and quarterly reports without prompting
Able to work well with a team or multiple teams, particularly in a remote environment
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work US Central or Mountain Time schedule Monday-Friday
Able to work after hours or weekends for special projects or implementations, as determined and scheduled in advance (typically no more than 2 times per year)
