The Call Center Validation role will be responsible of analyzing business information through outbound calls and web search.
In this role, the Call Center Agent will confirm reliable data of businesses using different sources.
The role requires strong English communication skills through phone as the agent will gather critical business information in a casual manner or following a script.
Additionally, when needed, the agent must do a web search to complement the proper validation process.
