It's time for you to Make It at Mondelēz International.Mondelēz International is looking for vacancy : Recruiting Administrator Position Purpose Support the Recruiting process by working closely with the Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Candidate and third-party vendors to complete the onboarding process of new hires for LA region requisitions for white collars employees. Main Responsibilities
Create requisition request for professional employees based in the information and job description provided by the Hiring Managers.
Use case management tool to follow up on Hiring Managers requisition requests up to completion.
Execution of the onboarding and background check process and work with a Third-party vendors to make sure the candidate's process is compliant against the Mondelez internal policies.
Follow up with candidate to provide supportive documentation and signed contractual documentation needed for hiring.
Keep constant communication with vendors regarding background check progress and escalate cases to leadership as needed.
Contacts new-hire and manager with onboarding instructions, and monitors the processes for background check completion with vendors.
Schedules logistics for onsite, phone and virtual interviews for external and internal candidates.
Coordinate pre-day 1 activities with Hiring Manager and communicate the day 1 logistics to the new hire.
Contacts new-hire and manager with onboarding instructions, and monitors Taleo for background check completion and pre-day 1 activities.
Complete new hire's personnel e-file.
Processes referral bonus for Mondelez employees.
Responsible for data completeness of new hire records in Taleo to prevent downstream data issues in our HR systems.
Provide guidance and track the accuracy of the new hires information in SHARP system.
Support the dispatch of the tickets, New hires laptop requests, and conversion of contractor to employees’ process.
