The RF Integrated Circuit Engineer / Architect is responsible for defining and realizing RF functions (Frequencies below 20Ghz) on IPs, Subsystem or IC level.

He is responsible for design, verification and evaluation of those. He is accountable for designing according to specifications, quality and reliability needs.

Participation in problem solving for RF and system domain of the device. Author of the design-specific documentation for internal and external use.

Qualifications : MSEE plus 2-4 years of experience or PhD in the design of Analog and Mixed Signal circuits for Wireless Transceiver ICs.

Experiences in one or more of the following areas are required :

Strong knowledge on deep sub-micron CMOS technologies

Hands-on experience in designing Analog and Mixed Signal circuits such as DC-DC converter, ADC, DAC, PLL, Crystal Oscillator and Bandgap etc

Ability to comprehend the RF transceiver's system level requirement and to translate it into circuit level specifications.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are essential

Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, SpectreRF

A thorough understanding of the physical layout requirement and ability to perform the critical layouts

Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype unit to the design specification
