The Opportunity

Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service that allows the user to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device.

In recent years e-signature process has shifted from being an optional efficiency to a business continuity solution across organizations.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager for Adobe Sign to ensure we solidify Adobe’s position in the market and to execute on the growth strategy for 2021 - 2024.

As a core member of the Sign product management team you have an exciting opportunity to directly impact the product in two key areas redefining some of the underlying monolithic infrastructure to micro-services to allow for rapid product iterations as well as helping envision, design, develop, and deliver state-of-the-art machine learning features within Sign across our key customer segments.

What you'll do

You will be collaborating with architects and developers, as well as product managers and designers to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate and launch new features.

You will develop a rolling four quarter roadmap and prioritize key themes while communicating and coordinating with partner groups

In this role, you will improve Sign’s core services as well as ML product strategy, including products, services, and technology platforms, by using customer and market analysis and your well-informed instincts on what could create disruption.

Other responsibilities include :

  • Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams, e.g. engineering, shared technology teams, project planning and delivery and the user experience design.
  • Be the customer advocate every step of the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and customer delight.
  • Work closely with engineering leadership to make sure we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations
  • What is needed to succeed

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of product management experience preferably with SaaS products
  • Experience with driving cross-organizational roadmap and conversations to achieve a common goal at a fast pace
  • Experience with agile software development practices within a large team
  • Ability to work with technical leads, product owners, and customers to translate solution concepts into specific features and integrations
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to persist, problem solve and influence across the organization to build shared vision for the customer experience.
  • Analytical abilities paired with the capacity to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
