Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as project manager on Technology and Process improvement projects, an average of 4-5 projects happening at the same time.
  • Support required processes related to new projects.
  • Assist in ad hoc requests from Management.
  • Create management reports regarding the projects managed by the entire team.
  • Maintain and coordinate the Technology projects inventory.
  • Coordinate and report progress on technology and process improvement projects (Excel, Access, SharePoint, RPA, CWM, Emerging Technologies)
  • Knowledge / Experience :

  • Education : Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance or Business fields required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience preferably in a Financial services organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to influence people without direct authority.
  • Highly proficient in the use of desktop tools and software such as Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly proficient working in Excel and Access as automation tools.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
  • Agile certifications preferably

  • Knowledge of Citi’s business is a plus.
