Adobe is seeking a Director, Campaign Marketing for our Creative Cloud All Apps offering. This role sits on the campaign marketing team and is responsible for building the vision, strategy, and operating framework needed to lead the All Apps business!
All Apps is the premium offering from Adobe that provides access to all creative cloud apps and services and provides CC members the freedom to learn or create anything.
This leader will lead multiple aspects of the All Apps business and CC portfolio 1) customer acquisition & engagement 2) holistically communicating Creative Cloud membership value and 3) cross-sell and upsell to existing paid CC customers
What you’ll do
Own campaign strategy, including campaign goals, value prop, target audience, use cases, E2E user journey, performance metrics for a multi billion dollar line of business.
Drive adoption and usage of apps and services within the All Apps offering through owned and paid surfaces using personalization tools
Create the vision, strategy and a strategic roadmap for a membership platform by collaborating with GTM, PMM and Partnership teams
Own and allocate a multi million dollar variable marketing budget and drive overall category marketing campaign performance and effectiveness analysis
Lead annual events such as MAX that drive membership value to our customers
Drive strategic alignment of vision, goals, and approach across various teams like Product, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Go-to-Market.
Think strategically about the state of the business; develop deep understanding of our customers and what success means to them.
Be responsible to deliver quarterly and annual goals for acquisition & engagement, aligning with the 3-year strategic roadmap for Digital Media.
Present health of business and growth opportunities to senior leadership on an ongoing basis.
