As a member of the Global Professional Services Strategy & Operations team, you are part of a growing, high energy, innovative team of professionals who are passionate about driving success for our customers through service programs crafted to accelerate value by providing expert guidance and coaching on the most optimized implementation and configuration of solutions from the $1.
6 billion+ flagship Creative Cloud and Document Cloud enterprise software business. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will build the strategy and orchestrate the execution of campaigns for bringing a portfolio of new Professional Service offerings to our customers.
For each offer, you will quarterback a team of specialists in areas such as customer success management, product management, digital marketing, sales, and business intelligence to conduct analyses, develop insights, and orchestrate an experience over a variety of mediums and channels to drive excitement, awareness, and adoption of the offerings you bring to market.
Your Responsibilities :
Coordinate with teams across Adobe to craft product messaging, pricing, promotions and placement for new and innovative service programs that set us apart from our competition.
Analytics skills to track and interpret key performance metrics such as pipeline, coverage, ASV, TAM progress, etc. to assess the health of the business by working with finance, analysts, and sales operations teams worldwide.
Build an action plan to address identified weaknesses.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Product, Legal, Customer Success, and Partners to rapidly create content for training the sales force on how to sell the product, creating marketing materials that communicate product features, and developing the marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers.
Review and prioritize customer feedback and transform it into services requirements.
Drive research and requirements gathering to influence opportunities and value propositions. Use analytics and data to refine the strategy and plan.
Collaborate with other teams to build materials including white papers, help documentation, blog posts, and customer presentations
What it will take to succeed :
7 to 12 years of experience in Product Marketing and Communications, at a top management consulting firm, SaaS organization, or financial services institution.
Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior executives.
Highly enthusiastic, creative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
Aptitude for analyzing trends, understanding customer needs and translating these into strategies for feature development
Outstanding problem-solving skills including a talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing insights & recommendations.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a global environment over virtual channels.
A high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
