The Services Delivery Director has proven success in the areas of creating and selling technical solutions in the areas of Design and development of software solutions in the ISV and Enterprise space.
The role is responsible for coordinating Product Domain Strategies and leveraging Innominds’ global technical capabilities.
This role helps to grow business through profitable technical solutions and engagement wins.
Develop account plans and strategies to meet business goals.
Sell Product Engineering Services, including Analytics, Cloud, Web applications, Mobility, IoT, Hardware and Embedded offerings to existing accounts.
Be a Liaison between Customer and company teams including Delivery, Practice, and Domain to set goals and maintain customer relationships and satisfaction.
Responsible for all facets of new business development from generating leads to closing deals.
Interact with technology buyers to coordinate sales efforts across cross-functional company team.
The Services Delivery Director engages with sales, practice leads in India to conclude business and also provides guidance to relevant engineering teams.
Innominds we believe that Rapid Application Development (RAD) is the new way and future way to develop enterprise and ISV applications as it provides near zero coding solutions with near zero defects at an expedited schedule.
The Services Delivery Director should have the same vision and believe in RAD and explore business and solutions in RAD space.
Presents and sells Innominds’ technology services and accelerators to customers. Must be professional and comfortable doing presentations to external senior level engineers.
Develop a broad and deep knowledge of relevant projects underway within the business.

Prior experience in leading and scaling successful teams in selling digital engineering, product development, and product support offerings to enterprise technology or enterprises.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent of it.
In the alternative, we will accept a bachelor’s in any curriculum plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations.
Exceptional communication skills with analytical problem-solving and good client-need-assessment aptitude coupled with consultative sales to CXOs and LOB heads.
Experience with shaping, solutioning and negotiating large complex, creative, and innovative outsourcing and transformation deals.
5 to 7 years with progressively increasing sales responsibility and having proven history of consistently overachieving sales quotas.
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to technical management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good technical skills to align Innominds division with customer’s technology road map.
Ability to grasp and gain good understanding of Innominds and Services capabilities across BUs.

Experience as a consulting manager in a top-tier management consulting firm or Full Life Cycle Product Engineering services firm.
Experience with an IT Outsourcing Service provider chasing enterprise clients in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics and Automotive verticals.
