Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Performs multiple collection processes towards meeting KPIs for Cx customers.
  • Owns and supports accounting processes for collections activities related to North American markets.
  • Performs analysis of accounts receivables and aging reports to support the team’s strategy.
  • Supports Credit team with feedback and documented agreements to release new orders.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations.
  • Supports Cash apps team in reviewing unapplied payments and provides remittance support.
  • Dispute and follow up of Invalid customer deductions.
  • Works with Customer Service and commercial team on resolution of invoice issues or payment agreements.
  • Performs AR status Reports
  • Provide credit committees information when is required
  • Complies towards effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.

    Basic Qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Strong stakeholder and collections management (Consumer experience desirable)
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of accounting processes.
  • Great AR analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Business Administration, Accounting or Finance related degree or actively studying with at least 3+years academic progress.
  • 3+ years of experience in O2C Shared Service Centers for NAM
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (BI Reports experience desirable)
