Job Purpose :
Outbound calling into prospects to showcase Tech Data products and services, as well as account research Qualifying marketing qualified leads that enter our marketing pipeline Prospect into target accounts through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, achieving 100-120 dials a day with 15-20 successful connection into your account list, gathering information about potential customers, including details about key stakeholders, technology needs and technology goals.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales / brand owners for further development and closure.
Performs outbound calls to prospective customers, resellers and end users to increase sales through direct and indirect marketing.
Communicates current rebate specials and promotions to entice customer to purchase while also gathering marketing feedback that aids in campaign reporting to include follow-up sales calls.
Provides customers and potential customers with information about Tech Data, our Business Partners, and Reseller Services.
Prepares reports tracking the results of campaigns.
Utilizes applications to place quotes and order entries, determines product information and helps in opportunity tracking and customer research.
Generates a detailed database of all telemarketing calls to track reseller feedback and comments.
Works with internal / external stakeholders, communicates campaign updates and acts as a point of contact for campaign insights and updates.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.
Education and Certification :
Required Education : High School Graduate
High School Graduate
Preferred Education :
Business, Marketing or equivalent.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to use common office equipment.
Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
