The Associate Director, Marketing and Communication is a critical member of the College of Professional and Global Education (CPGE) and is responsible for promoting its professional education programs and is charged with developing strategies and executing on high quality and data-driven marketing and communications plans to achieve CPGE goals.
The Associate Director, Marketing and Communications reports to the Senior Director of Marketing, Communications and Outreach.
As the chief marketing lead for professional education programs, the Associate Director works closely with professional educational program staff and academic partners to devise and implement successful marketing campaigns and works closely with vendors and campus units to optimize enrollments.
The Associate Director has responsibility for a broad array of marketing and communications services including : development and implementation of integrated marketing and communications strategies, market research and analysis, branding and identity, establishing live and digital presence, content development plans, public relations campaigns, and customer relationship management.
The Associate Director adapts to institutional and market changes, and responds quickly to new and evolving markets in order to drive growth across the College’s programs.
The position leads a team of marketing professionals in service of CPGE’s mission and goals.
