What does a phenomenal Systems Support, Professional do?
You will use your knowledge, technical skills and established procedures to perform routine application and system administration tasks and to troubleshoot and resolve common problems for clients using Fiserv’s online and mobile banking solutions.
For clients with solutions hosted by Fiserv, the team also shares responsibility for system operations with Fiserv’s data center engineering and operations group.
You as a Systems Support, Professional will work in a 4 x 10 scheduled shift responding to cases, requests, incidents and critical items as needed for internal and external clients, designed to provide Fiserv clients with 24x7 application operations and support coverage.
