Key Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for execution and oversight of the daily activities of the billing department to ensure that all processing is completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Including the following : Update customer billing profiles for new contracts and contract changesHandle complex billing agreements across a variety of businessesTrack, analyze, bill, and report usage against commitmentsCreate and deliver invoices to customersComply with financial and operational controls
Collaborate with other departments, internal customers, and peers to clarify billing arrangements and issues.
Resolve complex disputes and discrepancies related to customer profiles, billing, and invoicing, and provide guidance to other team members in resolving issues assigned to them.
Support audits and general accounting requests for documentation on customers, invoices, and controls.
Support month-end closing, controls and billing reconciliations.
Review, standardize, and document procedures to improve efficiency of the billing function.
Evaluate billing procedures to identify and execute on improvement opportunities.
Special projects as assigned by Manager.
Must be detail oriented attention to detail is critical
Good English written and oral communication
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
Motivated, self-driven, and able to complete work with limited supervision
Customer service focus
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is required.
English fluency required
At least 5 years of experience in Billing experience
