Customer Training Specialist
What We Need
We are looking for a Customer Training Specialist who will train product and industry best practices to Kareo customers following a pre-established training plan.
You will partner with internal teams to ensure the customer is educated on the Kareo platform.
Your Area of Focus
Responsible for facilitating product training via remote webinars to Kareo customers
Act as a Kareo subject matter expert and continuously delivers best practice education to end users during group and one-on-one training sessions
Assist team in maintaining department queues, working cases, and responding to customers in a timely manner
Support department initiatives and identify ways to enhance training effectiveness. Perform various tasks as assigned by the Training Manager
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Salesforce for each customer and escalate all appropriate matters immediately to Training Manager
Provide meaningful feedback and thoughtful recommendations for product enhancements to improve the customer implementation process
Participate in team skills trainings to help maintain strong product knowledge and industry best practices
Maintain 95% Training CSAT
Your Professional Qualifications
Advanced English (CEFR C1) communication skills, both verbal and written
Training Certifications preferred
Experience in software training and willingness to learn new systems, software and procedures
Knowledge and understanding of a physician’s office; including clinical, office workflow, appointment scheduling, medical insurance billing, and collections
Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to write content and facilitate training
Positive attitude that drives positive training and employee buy in
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain integrity and high level of professionalism
