Adobe generated $13B revenue in FY 2020 and has completed $8B+ in strategic acquisitions since 2018. Our Corporate Development team strategically identifies, sources, evaluates, and executes Adobe’s inorganic growth roadmap, including acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.

This individual will work with executives on strategic issues across product, product marketing, sales & sales operations, marketing, IT, finance, legal, and HR.
Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
What you'll do :
Partner with key internal partners to develop strategic investment themes and assess potential acquisition and investment opportunities.
Identify product gaps, evaluate build / partner / buy, and collaborate on target selection.
Conduct holistic, meticulous analyses to influence decision-making, including industry TAMS, competitive landscapes, customer overlaps, and valuation and business case modeling.
Coordinate all aspects of the M&A process (e.g., due diligence, data rooms, internal updates), support M&A integration workstreams, and manage the suite of corporate development systems & tools.
Establish a robust understanding of new markets, industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging companies.
Embrace assignments and projects across Corporate Development, M&A Integration and the Office of the CEO. Support post-acquisition integration efforts.
Develop external network of industry specialists to bring outside-in knowledge of market trends and opportunities
What you need to succeed :
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar discipline.
MBA is preferred.
Exceptional financial modeling, organizational and project management skills
Maniacal attention to detail. Strong work ethic. Proactive self-starter. Calm under pressure. High EQ and business intuition.
Able to adapt to fast-moving, ambiguous environments. High learning agility. Consummate team player.
Excellent written communication skills, including presentation and memo formats. Strong spoken communication skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint, Capital IQ, Factset, Crunchbase, and Smartsheet; Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Excel macros, SQL and Power BI, a plus.
Demonstrated experience (4-5 years) in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or similar environment.
