The Senior Marketing Manager, GTM Strategy & Insights role is focused on equipping the marketing ecosystem with deeper insights & refined understanding of our buyers.
How and why they make decisions and what is most compelling for them to understand about Adobe solutions along that buyer’s journey.
You will partner with our Customer Insights and Portfolio Marketing teams to help develop the marketing strategy and messaging for the campaigns we put in market.
What you’ll do
Define buyer personas and assemble insights for how our key buyers consider & make decisions about customer experience software solutions
Partner with Product Marketing, Global Marketing teams (portfolio / campaigns, content, studio, etc.), and other key stakeholders to develop, measure & deliver insights plan as well as
Make recommendations for how to use the insights developed in our marketing strategy and enable the marketing ecosystem with an understanding for how to incorporate them into our plans
Manage a message testing roadmap and conduct frequent optimization of our messaging in partnership with Product Marketing and Portfolio Marketing
Ensure constituents have the data they need to run successful marketing programs. Assist with providing key insights to stakeholders to help grow the business.
Work across teams representing multiple product lines to understand the value proposition of each and the needs for each business to represent them in a multi-solution campaign structure
Plan, track, and reconcile marketing budgets based on business priorities.
What you’ll need to succeed
4+ years B2B marketing experience
2+ years in a customer insight facing role
Experience driving global marketing plans preferred
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Strong data and analytical skills; ability to assess business opportunities, track and analyze results
Messaging experience preferred
Project management skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal communication, written and verbal
Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally
Bachelor's degree required
This position may require occasional travel (Other Adobe offices or conferences)
