We’re looking for a leader that is intimately familiar with Adobe’s products, customer segments, and inner workings to infuse these approaches and understandings within the Non-Gen Conversion programs.
Each product and customer segment group understands their customer segmentation, attitudes, and engagement techniques. Our non-genuine user base includes these very same customers who just happen to have non-genuine products, but in all other ways are similar and we want to use the best of these understandings and partnerships in our conversion optimization work.
This role is to be that bridge between these teams, serving as a liaison for the non-genuine team with these groups, and vice-versa ultimately driving exceptional partnering and leverage that feeds into our segmentation, personalization, and engagement efforts.
Who We Are
We are the Fraud Prevention and NonGenuine Conversion Team, which might not seem core to the Adobe business, but we are, largely due to the business impact and opportunity that fraud and non-gen conversion represent.
We are a team that functions almost as a startup within Adobe, with exceptional collaboration, influence, and integration across all aspects of Adobe’s business.

250% every year for 4 years, and are looking to continue this trajectory by adding another key role that drives this multi-functional integration and leverage between product and segment teams and our efforts in a deliberate way.
The Role :
The creative and document world runs on Adobe applications. This role will affect millions of designers, photographers, artists, and knowledge workers within businesses and organizations globally who use Adobe’s products to make the impossible possible but somehow wound up with non-genuine versions or versions that have other aspects of risk.
Our programs identify these conditions, allow customer communication and management of the customer journey, and ultimately drive conversion-based business.
This role facilitates the continued development and optimization of the various customer-outreach and conversion programs, within a leadership team that leads inter-dependent elements of Engineering, Platforms, Analytics, Go-To-Market, and Fraud Prevention.
