Responsibilities :

  • Update KPIs for the business.
  • Generate system reports and analyze data to provide commentary.
  • In charge of the overall management of local / global reports, building user friendly
  • reporting platforms for managers from various levels.

  • Suggest and develop process improvements.
  • Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned tasks.
  • Manage all the details throughout the project, to ensure that all action items are
  • accomplished on a timely and accurate basis.

  • Prioritizes work so not only the most urgent work is completed, but also the most
  • important.

  • Analyzes client data and requirements and develops strategy and timeline for
  • implementing client request.


  • 2-3 year’s work experience with Excel & ACCESS
  • English B2 or aboveProficient in Excel, experience applying excel techniques to improve the performance of reports.
  • Experience with SharePoint and data manipulation tools. Nice to have experience Jira, Clarity, Smart Recruiters
  • Microsoft Access and VBA coding
  • Interpersonal and communication through different channels skills.
  • Knowledge in quantitative and research skills.
  • Strong familiarity with the digital environment.
  • Knowledge in data interpretation capabilities.
  • Experience in writing and presenting Reporting / Projects / Analysis
