Who You'll Work With
You will join the San Jose, Costa Rica Client Capability Hub as part of our Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) Solutions, a component of McKinsey’s Operations practice that focuses on deeply tech-enabling our client service.
MSC Solutions comprises a suite of internal and 3rd party tools, proprietary analytics, and benchmarking database that accelerates diagnostics and transformations.
You will work directly with our clients and McKinsey colleagues to deploy our assets and ensure we bring tangible, lasting impact to clients.
Primarily, you would work from your base office . Additionally, you will have opportunity to travel for client work and for internal team and practice events periodically.
What You'll Do
You’ll work in small teams playing an active role in the client engagement. Typically, your specific project activities include performing diagnostics, and enhancing our tools and offerings working with experts on the specific topics within MSC (e.
g. logistics, production, etc).You will apply our digital and analytical capabilities to assess opportunities in the three core areas of McKinsey’s MSC practice, likely with a heavy focus on one area that fits your background and interests :
Your role will include gathering and analyzing data, running a suite of analytics to assess and quantity opportunities, and developing and communicating recommendations.
In between studies, you will bring your learnings back to our internal product development team to further improve and automate data capture, analytics, and presentation of insights to clients.
Through your work, you’ll have opportunities to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
You’ll gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the Firm.
