The Challenge

The Commerce Services team is looking for a sales enablement or channel leader to take on the responsibility of leading our efforts in providing effective support and training to various internal and external organizations for Adobe Commerce’s new commerce services offerings.

These offerings include Payment, Shipping and Finance services for both Adobe Commerce and Magento Open source, with more to come.

We are seeking someone with dynamic sales strategy and program management experience to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute an initial sales enablement program across multiple product offerings
  • Design our strategy for engaging our external solution partners in training and selling our new offerings in conjunction with our various solution partner and channel teams
  • Work with multiple teams to build all required enablement and training materials including direct sales, marketing, demand generation, and product marketing
  • Coach, mentor, and guide the teams in product and market knowledge
  • Engage in pre-sales activities to assist in training key qualification and sales processes
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
  • Monitor sales funnel and gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve attachment rates and support programs
  • Participate in industry groups and other related organizations representing Adobe
  • What you need to succeed

  • Experience in sales enablement at an e-commerce or commerce services company or related agency
  • Understanding what a merchant needs / wants when it comes to additional services
  • Clear training and development experience, solution partner / channel experience a plus
  • Ability to build successful sales programs and pipeline building activities
  • Experience with Salesforce management and report building
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
