This is a Windows Systems administration position to support team of skilled SAs within the CTI organization. Provide L3 / SME support for Windows platforms covering Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 operating systems.
Key Responsibilities : Coordinate / Apply VTM patches (COB / PROD) - Low / Medium Critical, High Critical and complex environment.
Document and maintain the validation process for VTM, escalation of End of Life, VTM, Green Zones, etc. to app teams Create and seek ALL Change Request customer approvals for VTM remediation Interact with Network / Storage / DC teams for new server builds Perform Root cause Analysis and Remediate Compliance Issues - (COB / PROD) - Low / Medium Critical, High Critical and complex environment Assist app team with application performance tuning, coordinate with app team for new Application installs Design COB architecture and implementation and Document and maintain COB test procedures.
Restore service as soon as possible in case of failure Availability >
99% in critical systems Compliance with internal processes Attention of incidents in time, without affecting the business.
Escalate opportunely the risks identified. Post Build Task as : Change the machine category in Aperture Verify Aperture information for Support Group details Verify NIC teaming settings for HA / failover Verify version and Install standard packages such as ESM, ITM6, TEARS, etc.

S. degree level is required. Degree on Systems / Informatics / Computer Science or similar. Experience is relevant. It is required to have at least 10 years of experience in the IT area English communications, written and spoken, is desirable.
50% approximately. At least 5 years of experience on Windows Operating System. Standard MS Office tools. A good understanding of Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 operating systems.
Thorough understanding of networking concepts. Advanced scripting knowledge. Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication.
Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule. Experience in managing large complex environments and building client relationships across regions.
Excellent customer management, interpersonal and communication skills.
