You work in Mondelēz International Business Services to lead in the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.
You also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
How you will contribute
As a subject matter expert (SME) for processes in your area, you will provide input to capability-building materials and toolkits to ensure adherence to defined processes and to identify opportunities for the development of standard tools, automation, digitization and application for processes in line with group priorities and strategy.
In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators to ensure they are aligned to strategic objectives and provide feedback to develop global capability.
In this role, you will also audit and manage change controls and keep track of issues and actions to ensure they are addressed on a timely basis.
Working with other teams, you will manage issue escalations. As an SME, you not only understand, but keep abreast of industry-wide best practices in your area.

What you need to know about this position :
Recruit top talent candidates for senior and executive roles to achieve quarterly hiring goals.
Partner with a client facing Recruiter to review candidate qualifications and facilitate the consideration process
Provide satisfactory recruitment experience to every candidate throughout the whole recruiting process (application, test, screening, interview, offer and on-boarding)
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process by effectively providing responsive and proactive customer service via e-mail, and telephone
Documenting, tracking, and maintaining records and the status of candidates in the applicant tracking system
Performing various administrative duties that support the recruiting function
Navigating multiple systems, programs, and screens at the same time
Drive effective recruiting strategies with in-depth analysis of recruitment status
Operate existing recruiting channels and pioneer new channels including local job boards, networking, referral program and research
Optimize recruitment process in real time and establish recruiting standards by communicating with HR team and hiring managers
Job specific requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
7 years of full cycle recruiting in an multinational company setting with exposure to fast-paced environments
Recruitment experience in the American countries
4+ years of experience working with databases and all Microsoft Office tools with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ATS such as WorkDay
5+ years of organizing & managing own workload with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Ability to build strong relationships with every layer of individual from senior to directors
Comfortable with number and data-driven approach
Able to be aware of issues, proactively set up higher goals and provide solutions
