What You’ll Do
Bring an Agile-first mindset, and be willing to fit into a true Agile role, as opposed to a traditional project management position.
Serve the Scrum Team and the Organization in following and understanding Scrum as depicted in the Scrum Guide.
Responsible for serving multiple Scrum Teams, with each team consisting of software developers, a QA engineer, and a product owner.
Focus on building the team as a self-managing unit and applying coaching skills to help the team to solve their own problems
Reporting on the team status, facilitating the removal of impediments to the team's progress, and facilitating Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Standup and Backlog Refinement sessions for each team.
Work with a team of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share knowledge, learn and drive improvement initiatives across the organization.
3 years hands on experience as a Scrum Master working within an Agile Environment
2 years of experience working with Jira
English proficient ( B2+ BELT )

Scrum Master Certified
Strong communication skills : ability to work with international teams and customers on a regular basis
Possess technical fluency, with the ability to comfortably discuss technology concepts
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
