The Provisioning and Administration team is looking for a Product Manager, who will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering post-purchase experiences for Adobe’s enterprise, mid-market , government, and education solutions.
In the business platform, we enable company administrators to setup and provision accounts for our business customers.
You will lead the charge in understanding market requirements, defining and crafting key platform capabilities for value realization across Adobe’s SMB and education market segments.
You will drive the personalization, testing and user experience optimization strategy with a growth-oriented approach for post-purchase experiences used across all Adobe cloud solutions.
Specifically, you will deliver platform capabilities , optimize and automate user experiences that enable customers to administer their organizations users and groups, delegate licenses, use cloud storage and understand the usage of Adobe products within their organizations .
In addition, this role will have a focus on communication experiences for our administration customers .
What you'll do :
Define and champion product vision and strategy for your products. Develop hypotheses, validate them, socialize insights, forecast impact, build product roadmap, work with cross functional teams to execute on the roadmap, measure impact and gather & analyze user feedback to further advise the roadmap
Write detailed product specifications as epics and user stories that allow for efficient development and prioritization
Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams, e.g. engineering, shared technology teams, project planning and delivery and the user experience design.
Be the customer advocate every step along the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and a customer delight.
What a successful product manager looks like :
Consistent track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products
MBA preferred or BA / BS with a minimum of 3-5 years of product management or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.
Think analytically, make decisions, and forecast impact through data. You know how to test and learn via analytics, user research, prototyping, surveys, user testing, customer interviews, and rapid experimentation.
Experience of working in fast paced Agile development environments is desirable
Passion for user-centric design, efficient workflows, and innovation in the creative space
Experience in growth product management a plus
