Courage is about continuous learning, innovation and accountability.Currently we are looking for someone to join us on position of : Compensation AnalystA key focus area for this role will be data analytics and drawing inferences to provide insights to markets and propose continuous improvements in Total Rewards.

this position will also require some extent of client facing for the assigned areas of the organization. In the context of the business and people strategies, this position will be responsible for supporting the Global Rewards Analytics Portfolio, compensation planning processes and benefits design projects.

This position will work in close collaboration with the extended HR teams to ensure a full understanding of the needs and requirements of the local markets.

This role will also support strategic Global rewards initiatives from time to time.RESPONSIBILITIESData AnalyticsWill be responsible to prepare the rewards monthly & quarterly dashboard.

These dashboards will include analysis on promotions, off cycle salary increase, recognition spend, gender gap, hiring and attrition trends.

Proactively look for ways to improve the dashboard with different meaningful insights and analysisMaintain and enhance the internal compensation tool to ensure HR & Talent have access to accurate and updated salary ranges for each jobCompensation ReviewPerform a thorough compensation review for the assigned countries, ensuring alignment with internal and external dataLiaise with HR to identify key talent who are underpaid and prepare an action plan to correct salariesBenefits ManagementConduct a benefits benchmarking exercise for all assigned countries ensuring Smith & Nephew is competitive in the marketSupport with management of UK Benefits, including liaising with the broker / provider to answer queries from employee and to manage day to day activitiesSupport with Planning and implementation of the UK Benefits Open Enrollment processPrepare and maintain a benefits overview for all assigned countries, including details on each benefitSurvey ParticipationParticipate in compensation & benefits surveys every year to ensure we have updated market dataParticipate in the global quarterly salary increase surveys, data for which is used as a basis for budgetingParticipate and complete and ad hoc survey as and when requiredSupport Analytics for Global ProjectsPay Review Process : Support the Global Rewards team during the pay review process with audits and analysis such as utilization rate, outliers, completion status, etc.

Also support with manual calculations and data corrections during the process for the assigned countriesLTI Process : Support LTI process with analytics and preparing sign off decks for each business unitsRecognition : Support with day to day queries and liaising with the vendor on the recognition platformKEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPSInternal : Global Rewards team, HR Consultants, HRBPs, Talent COE, finance, legal, line leaders as necessaryQUALIFICATIONS Work Experience4-6 years progressive compensation and benefits experience at a regional level in an MNC.
