Duty 1 : Project Support Project Planning and Design

  • Leads scope reviews - drives the conversation, provides overview of the team including processes, capabilities and purpose;
  • Understands or uncovers the real need for the project; uses technical and business knowledge to have an initial understanding of the value, impact and complexity of the project

  • Leads the planning of Digital Customer Experience projects. Understands the high-level view of the project and can identify dependencies or conflicts during the early stages of the project
  • Leads project milestone and gate reviews
  • Breaks down project objectives into modules or deliverables and cascades them to the team
  • Plans timeline and resource requirements to deliver the expectations provided by stakeholders
  • Recommends and negotiates solution and development timeline to the stakeholders; gets their buy-in and commitment to any deliverable
  • Reviews and approves proposed solution in terms of relevance and application to the requirements of the customers.
  • Creates, finalizes and approves test cases / test plan / transition to support plan Project Execution
  • Executes the test plan with the developers / testers
  • Analyses and prioritizes test results / feedback and coordinates issues with the developers Project Testing and Deployment
  • Identifies, analyses and mitigates UAT and Go-Live test results issues.
  • Analyses risk and mitigate project circumstances base on impact assessment
  • Create contingency plan
  • Review and approve technical cutover plan
  • Reviews the objective in comparison to the actual output
  • Duty 2 : Portfolio Management Program Backlog Management

  • Articulates ideas and viewpoints in the realization and clarification of business requirements with (ART) Agile Release Train Leaders, Business Owners, program and product managers, other product owners, and other needed contacts in gathering necessary information related to program backlog.
  • Works with Product Manager to determine features from program backlog on what should be prioritized to meet the objectives of ART and ensures that they are aligned with the team’s capacity in delivering business value.
  • Aligns and organizes relevant artifacts / documentation in a way that will be most beneficial to the business; conducts business analytics and coordinates conflict on required information from stakeholders to support Agile Release
  • Train Leaders in aligning the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) program with Automation Solutions strategic objectives, program vision roadmap and content presentation.

  • Leads the compilation and keeping the DCX program backlog evergreen through gathering and organizing required program backlog components, aligning the appropriate critical must / s, business objectives supported, and key results measures and targets.
  • Move requirements to single backlog when they meet all required information and assign to Agile Teams for Development.
  • Helps define standard WSJF Weighted Shortest Job First or Prioritization Model in sequencing backlog Features, Capabilities and Epics.
  • Aligns and harmonizes ranking based on single sizing standard (S, M, L, XL).

  • Organize relevant documentation and lead compilation and lead the compilation and keeping the single program backlog for DCX evergreen.
  • Maintains system of record (Azure DevOps) of program backlog. Ensure epics and features are tagged with the appropriate status, and necessary documentation are associated appropriately.
  • Ensures efficient and on time delivery of action items from backlog.
  • Works with the developer to ensure that DCX Portfolio Site is updated as reference by the Business Owners, World Area Leaders up to Business Unit Approved Requirements to Funnel Analysis
  • Conduct business impact analysis to aid in the prioritization and rationalization of program backlog.
  • Updates the program backlog, reviews, and contributes to the program vision, Roadmap, and content presentations.
  • Ensures that there is a documentation of epic and features with acceptance criteria, critical musts and objectives / key results (OKR) for funnel consideration review.
  • Scaled Agile Framework Ceremonies

  • Participates in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies and events, as required.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner lead, architecture, and technical / delivery leadership to refine and prioritize the backlog of features and user stories.
  • Prioritizing the team backlog in consideration of business needs and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the functional stakeholder community across business and IT to define user stories and acceptance criteria that address the business needs.
  • Advise teams on how to deliver value incrementally through minimal marketable features and working solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the end-to-end solution from customer, business, and technical viewpoints.
  • Drive quality control of user story delivery by conducting demos with stakeholders.
  • Advise team members on how to balance conflicting priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Collaborate with other team Product Owners in the Digital program on features that support the broader eCommerce solution.
  • Helping to ensure the team is delivering based on the definition of done and accepting the work.
  • Coordinating with ASG when an issue RCA has been provided and prioritizing the issue against the team backlog.
  • Portfolio Cadence and Communication

  • Ensures efficient and on-time delivery of action items from program backlog; keeps the backlog updated in compliance to the Agile Release Train (ART) and follows proper escalation paths if needed.
  • Analyze Post-Release Reviews

  • Analyzes overall impact of aggregated results at portfolio level and provide recommendation, solutions as necessary.
  • Creates and develops metrics based on the features released to evaluate business value (OKR, critical musts) achieved versus planned.
  • Maintains calendar of reviews with stakeholders
  • Creates and maintains documentation of reviewed metrics and business impact. Service Management Office Initiatives and Service Execution Solutions Program
  • Gathers requirements from World Area & SMO Leaders to understand the gaps on business systems and processes.
  • Oversees developers and ensures that they understand the requirements for business systems development or enhancements.
  • Leads the documentation of business processes and systems in accordance with any changes or enhancements required by the business.
  • Facilitates proper training, communication, and roll-out of process and system changes.
  • Liaise with the Reports and Analytics teams in developing and delivering dashboard and reports requirements.
  • Facilitates Root Cause Analysis and identifies solutions to the different issues of applications or processes.
  • Creates continuous improvement and provides recommendations in harmonizing global processes.
  • Enforces processes to all World Area Leaders and ensures compliance.
  • Duty 3 : Product Data Management

  • Collects, analyzes and organizes product details for DCX tool usage
  • Manages the development of new tools specific for Product Information Management Tool
  • Performs data validation before loading them to the Product Information Management Tool
  • Creates and documents new processes relating to product data management
  • Conducts user training for new processes and tools Quantitative Scorecards : Turnaround Time (%) Accuracy 20%
  • Duty 4 : System Support and Maintenance

  • Analyses and recommends scope of change request Product Information Management Tool or other DCX tool
  • Recommends improvement on change request and processes
  • Reviews and analyses business system content project requirements and approvals needed. Provides recommendations on the content
  • Coordinates with requestors / stakeholders on content approval and publishing
  • Monitors the progress of all transactions
  • Performs internal quality checks on updated module or functionality and recommends changes to the request
  • Performs daily support inquiries relating to DCX tool.
  • Duty 5 : Continuous Improvement and Innovation

    Validates and tracks if the business unit action plan adequately addresses the situation and can lead to successful results through project milestone and gate reviews.

  • Leads a team in handling a Continuous Improvement Project (Mile Deep and Mile Wide) using a problem-solving methodology.
  • Escalates specific issues and provides recommendation to customers to address them.
  • Works closely with counterparts / POCs to identify loopholes and process gaps.
  • Support projects related to quality improvement (such as Think Customer, QMS, etc.) and handles tasks to support the objectives of the management
