DSP software engineer for Audio and Video applications.
Software engineer with experience developing DSP algorithms as well as writing software for embedded ARM processors.
DSP experience shall include algorithm development using MatLab for modeling and transferring those models to a DSP, where the code is optimized for the target.
Experience using Tensilica DSP's is required and shall included HiFi4 and Fusion class of DSP's
Audio software development shall include the following :
Asynchronous sample rate converters
Audio filters of all types : FIR, IIR etc.
Codec optimizations for MP3, and Opus. Having the ability to port OPUS to HiFi4
Understand and implement beam forming algorithms.
Noise cancellation / Barge In
Understand and implement LSTM networks on Hifi4 where they are optimized for memory utilization.
Can write in C and assembly for DSP.
Familiar with processor memory architectures and the differences between a TCM and Cache.
Can make effective use of IPC hardware and software for multiprocessor applications
