Corporate Learning Services (CLS) is part of the HR Services and Technology team (HRST). CLS provides application administration, tier 0, tier 1, tier 2 support, and consultation services that enable VMware Learning Professionals to deploy technology-rich, high-impact Learning and Development solutions.
Your role as a Senior Business Analyst is to work closely with VMware Learning Professionals to understand their needs and identify how best to leverage, optimize, and / or enable L&D application functionality to enhance their learning solutions.
You will also be responsible to provide second level application support to our application administrators to resolve complex issues to ensure on time delivery of learning solutions.
