Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful, and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing manager to join us in translating business goals into automated and engaging customer experiences across triggered email journeys.
In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you’ll plan, build, and implement scalable, predictable, and repeatable lifecycle programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer engagement.
In addition, you will collaborate on broader growth opportunities with Product Marketing, Product Growth, Campaign Marketing, Design, and Data Science Teams.
What you'll Do
Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly and annual marketing plans, gaining consensus across the organization
Build collaborative relationships with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership
Drive sourced active use (SAU) targets while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization
Develop and launch new lifecycle programs, optimize existing, and continuously iterate!
Leverage platform capabilities, APIs, machine-learning models, and behavioral data to drive more personalize automated experiences that deliver business results and improve customer relevancy and retention
Establish a measurement framework in partnership with our analytics team, refining success metrics and inputs that show impact of our programs
Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with the analytics team on ad-hoc analyses and deep dives
What you need to succeed
Personalization and email automation marketing experience, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
Robust analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends, and pursuing the right questions to take action
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines with minimal oversight
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiency
3+ year's experience, MBA or BA / BS degree
Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model
Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation
